I purchased my been poles from Croydon coppice man Robert (www.croydoncoppice.co.uk)
Who looks after a couple of woods making various items for the grower. He also makes charcoal which takes three days to burn!
The poles are very sturdy and make a great frame tied together with natural string helped by my daughter Daisy. I'm only growing a couple of beans as they produce so many pods.
Day in the life of a grower who has just upgraded to an allotment, day to day updates of how and what is going on whether its in the garden, greenhouse or on the allotment. Everything about growing from seed to table and everything in the middle. Hopefully interesting, informative and honest. I will include the fails and the successes. Enjoy the journey each season.
